Free users can merge up to 10 files of 25 MB each in one task. Premium raises this to 100 files of 200 MB each.
Can I change the order of the files?
Yes. Drag the file cards into place or use the arrow buttons on each card. The sort button arranges them by file name.
Will merging lower the quality of my PDF?
No. Pages are copied into the new document as they are, so text stays selectable and images are not recompressed.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Remove the password first with the Unlock PDF tool, then merge the unlocked files.
